7. This product can be worn during shallow water activities, such as swimming in pools and shallow waters along the coast, but not for long periods of time in the water. Got it for my mom because her A1C has been really high. Easy to use and she said it was comfortable to wear. It's also pretty accurate, we did an at home finger prick test and the watch was only a little bit off. Wish there was a way you could see your A1C on there but we just downloaded an app on the phone and put the results from the watch on there.

The watch arrived on time and was well packaged. The set up instructions were easy to follow and took no time at all.All information recorded well on the app, although not sure yet of the accuracy! If like me you get up to visit the toilet through the night, the sleep pattern stops, it must be set to sensitively. Overly all very good value for money!

The only problem i have with with this watch is temperature of the body is in Celsius.and i prefer it to be in Ferienheit.and there are no instructions in how to conver this or change it. Plue, the Blood Glucose should convert to a sugar level that you track with the finger stick instead of mmo/l
